WebAfrica is quick to take your money then keep quiet… it’s been 7 days since I made an application for a SIM card and router. They don’t even send an email or anything, you have to reach out to them then the agents lie and say they will send you a link to send documents for RICA, ive been waiting… now a debit order went through already to pay for subscription for something I haven’t even received. Poor customer service, the least they can do is keep communicating with their customers and let them know if it’s too busy and acknowledge application. They are just quiet and keep taking money,
