WebAfrica is purely ***, No service what so ever

WebAfrica just don't give a ****, So i have paid for them to come installed the equipment for fiber. WebAfrica are controlling everything and Vumatell does the installation for them. Stupids didn't come, they didn't call me to say anything and when I contact them it is only through the online chat and that's where the fun is for them as you can't do **** to them. they can't even hear how frustrated you are and you make it clear they don't give a ****. by then i have paid already.
