WebAfrica is pathetic

I signed on to their fibre service two weeks ago and was promised that my router will be delivered to in 2-3 days. Didn’t get anything a week later so followed up and same promise and still have not received anything again. Been trying to contact their offices both telephonically and thru WhatsApp but absolutely no no decent response…been cut off twice…cant get thru. Have solid proof on whatsapp that i cant speak an agent….my service with the other isp terminates today and the one with WebAfrica was supposed to start. This is absolutely pathetic service. I so regret moving to them.
