Webafrica is pathetic

Absolutely the most frustrating Web hosting platform to work with. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Waiting times abysmal and the WhatsApp BOT you are forced to use is useless. It is impossible to speak to an actual human. I have been charged fibre for 2 homes for 3 months due to instructions not being followed by their staff. I am now being forced to make payment for both homes else my service at my new home will be suspended all the while none of this is my doing and they refuse to look into a refund for the 3 months charged in error for the old home.
