WEBAFRICA IS PATHETIC!!!!!!!!

Webafrica is the WORST company to deal with. I am simply moving house and need my fibre line moved. Before any physical action is taken, Webafrica's back office processes are so 1600's with unbelievable delays and the best part is nobody cares! There are no follow up's and no communication from them except for the "system generated" automatic responses. INCOMPETENCE at another level!!! If I had a choice to use any other service provider, I would do so in a nano-second. I only use them because I am forced to do so. Webafrica sucks!!! Their service levels are simply PATHETIC!!! They complicate simple things and bottom line, they just have one job AND THEY CANNOT DO THAT RIGHT!!! Webafrica tries to reinvent the wheel with simple things. WEBAFRICA IS A JOKE ! A MISERABLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH !
