Webafrica is pathetic!

Worse service ever. I've been paying for a 1gb line but have never received the speeds I'm paying for. I get 500mb max. They do not respond to tickets. The app is an absolute joke. You can't get anything done through it. Their website is just as pathetic. Canceling my service and moving back to Afrihost.
