Webafrica is not worth a cent

I have been battling with Webafrica for the past few months. I keep calling and using their chat service ( WhatsApp ) which is laughable as there is no service or customer protestation.

I have been paying for a service that does not work for months & when I was moved over to Evotel then too the technician who came through did not deliver on his promise of coming through again to fix an issue.

For someone working from home this has been my worst experience ever. I have been paying for a service I have not received and when I asked them to remove their devices ( 2 devices) of which both don’t work then no one responds.
