Webafrica is not responding

I signed up with Webafrica after 3monts of paying I still had no internet access. 1. After 20+ of whatsup messages not responding. I have proof. 2. After cancelling 4 times, still not cancelled. Only after the 4th time it has been cancelled. 3. I get an invoice for installation cost. Why must I pay? Internet is not working and no attempt to fix it. 4. I demanded all my money back no response. 5. I send an email to the complains department. No response. I would not recommend Webafrica to anybody.
