Webafrica is not a good Service Provider !!!

Webafrica debited me for no reason and I was told that I wouldn't pay for the month of August and they OWE me Money for this month and don't want to use it as cancellation fees. The Agents unprofessionally just transfer the chat to the next agent and nothing gets done.
