WEBAFRICA IS NONSENSE

My internets has been down for 4weeks,contacted the whatsapp customer service almost everyday and has been told that my ticket is escalated...asked for a callback,they called me back after I have threatened them to tarnish their name and was promised they would follow up and call me back...instead they turned off the wifi completely and never called me back...had to log in another ticket which they haven't attended to.Asked if I would be credited as I paid for services which I didnt receive and was told they don't do credits,to my surprise my account was debited again today but my internet is still down.The worst service ever!!!!
