Webafrica is misleading customer

Im struggling with webafrica for the past month to get refund back after speaking to 5 consultants in total there self service website is also mislead because that portal is not really working I want my money back and use a different provider there service is really ****py why must I explain my self ever time and get the respond of you money Wil be refund shortly
