Webafrica is ***

Guys , so here i am still waiting on webafrica to solve a cellc lte issue , lately the cellc service is going for **** , we all know cellc is in default status but webafrica is keeping quiet about it , for them is all about the money. as long as they camn make another quick buck its all good, their upload is so badit cant reach 1mbs where it used to be 16mbs. their download used to be between 30mbs but now barely reaches 5mbs, called them yesterday 13/9/19 and according to them all was in order and they doid not see any issue, when i threatened them with social media then they wanted to investigate why the issue is there. the guy i talked to would have called me back , - he didnt, its the next day , still no word from him, this is what webafrica do, as soon as they dont want to deal with you they say they will call back just to get rid of you because they cant just cut the call-
