I considered your services because you were recommended by a high profile gamer who I respect, however, you have failed.

I checked your coverage map for Fibre and Yes I am Fibre ready, however, upon applying for the Fibre, your consultants told me I am not able to receive the service as you do not pick up my location.. This even though your coverage map shows where I am, shows I am covered and the black box was installed last year. I then turned to Afrihost who was My personal number 1 choice who quickly did their thing and now I am sorted.
