You guys are nothing but a bunch of *******! All you do is take people’s money without delivering the service we’re paying for. Try running a business without internet and see how far you get — because that’s exactly what you’ve left me with! If I were you, I’d fire every single useless employee who can’t take accountability. All you’ve done is bounce me from pillar to post, wasting my time, until I had to push for action. And guess what? The moment Vumatel finally got involved, they escalated my request immediately — something your team couldn’t be bothered to do for their paying client.

I’d start with firing: Sive Gubevu, Busi G, Yashrah S, Elizabeth Makhajane, Michael O, Ashley A, Winnie Mfundisi, Zandile B, Ronaldo Hlatswayo, Lloyd M, and Azola Chally. Every single one of them has failed to take responsibility.
