Webafrica is horrible guys :(

Its been over a month since I moved into my apartment and WebAfrica has somehow still managed to mess up my installation and activation and not even help me set up my internet connection after being as patient and co-operative as possible.

Their customer service is horrible when consultants tell you they will call back and they don't, Their WhatsApp help line agents are basically useless because they cant help you do anything - They just tell you what you already know and then pass you on to the next person then the BOT just keeps telling you "mmhm this seems to bee taking longer" then ends up not transferring you at all - So frustrating

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY CLEAR OF WEBAFRICA!! - Use any other ISP but NOT WEBAFRICA. Pay a little bit more for the other ones trust me it is worth it in the long term and for your sanity.
