Webafrica is horrible

Absolutely terrible service. Every single day my fibre drops. Some days like today I will be without internet for multiple hours. Customer service is practically nonexistent, it takes several hours for them to finally respond only to be met with generic responses that do not resolve the issue. There is a cancellation fee, they will bill you for the installation, and they will bill you for the router. I have to pay for an unusable service, or I need to pay several thousand to cancel this unusable service? This company is a joke. If you are considering them as your ISP, just stay without internet. You'll still be without internet but at least you won't be paying an *********** company for no service. Save your money and your time.
