WebAfrica is HORRIBLE!!!!

I cancelled a service w Web Africa because they migrated me from Vumatel to Vuma reach , I actually had no say in the matter in the decision to migrate. So I cancelled the Vumatel service because I can’t pay for two services . Now I’m being requested to pay for clawback fees which I find absolutely ridiculous considering I had no say in the matter. Vuma and webafrica made their own agreement and now I don’t know why they expect me to pay. This is just ****************. I would NEVER EVER recommend WebAfrica to even my worst enemy. They’re a literally the worst service providers.
