WebAfrica is going to the dogs

Webafrica customer service has gone down so much since they introduced the whatsapp bot that no one can ever speak to an agent when you having the problem. Yesterday at 17:30 my Fibre went down, I made contact with WhatsApp bot and waited until 11:35 this morning to be helped. Im now not even with the internet and I cant even tell if the problem is still there. When one has a problem they want to be in touch with someone instantly not wait a few hours short of 24hours. Also WebAfrica itself seems to have dropped the ball on its connectivity. In the beginning they were so reliable and never went down, Now its down more than up, like a **********s panties. I honestly feel like I have been dropped now and let down too many times than supported or helped. If youre looking for an Internet Service provider WebAfrica is not the option in my eyes.

I am personally going to start looking for a new SP as this one is no longer someone I can rely on.
