Webafrica is faceless and unfair

Dont join this this faceless company foir fibre. Firstly you cannot phone them or engage them on issues. No real time engagement. Break downs are regular but they refuse to provide a rebate. Worst still is that when you lodge a complaint after a while you receive a sms saying its resolved while the problem remains for days.
