Webafrica is difficult to deal with

I moved service providers 4 months ago. Webafrica did cancel the original ISP, and have been charging me for 2 services ever since. You can’t sort this on a phone, their chat bod circles from department to department with no resolution. They take your money, but make it impossible to get a credit
