Webafrica is completely useless

I Order LTE from Webafrica and since the first day I haven't been able to get more than 1mpbs, I have logged numerous tickets with support who don't get back to me or they tell me they have contacted Telkom and I will get a resolution in X amount of days. NEVER get feedback. I now give notice this month and conveniently my last payment didn't go off, tried paying online, and it wont even allow me to, Whatsapp support is always too busy. I'm done. Most useless provider. don't waste your time.
