WEBAFRICA IS BEYOND PATHETIC. MINUS SEVEN STARS RATING

I logged a fault more than a month ago. It was inaccurately logged with Openserve. CASE CLOSED WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW. I REPORTED IT AGAIN TWO WEEKS AGO - STILL NOT DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have spent more than 15 hours on whatsapp messages with a revolting service experience from Webafrica. I have been on the line with Trevor this morning for 3 hours now, and now they are having system issues, I have not have a service for the past couple of months., REF: ***5 . MUST I SUE THEM FOR THE R1400 I HAVE TO PAY EVERY MONTH FOR ZERO SERVICE. IN FACT NO INTERNET LINE!!!!
