Webafrica is BAD!!! RUNNNNN!!!!!

They decided to cancel emailing us our statements in August and advise us that this will be available online. Guess what nothing there since their decision. Let alone that, my bank account is still not debited. Been discussing this with the what'sapp agentsvbut this is not getting resolved.
