Webafrica is Bad

Thwe worst service i have ever had in my entire life. Im absolutely shocked beyond words with this service. So i have a internet problem, i cant phone webafrica i have to message them on whatsapp... 1st of all i find that absolutely pathetic, as a paying customer i would like a telephone call, at times its hard to articulate what you trying to explain on a message, verbal is often best. The customer services is absolutely the worst the agents who i message on whatsapp take forever to reply, and a few times the call chat ends without anything being resolved
