Webafrica is awful!!!

I signed up for a Fibre package at the start of March. It’s been more than six weeks and I’m still waiting. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service. They are apparently waiting on Frogfoot but do nothing to even follow up or chase up unless I request. And if I request a follow, I get the most basic response. They do not care about providing a good service. I have a consultant Colleen Nkonsinkulu who is as useless as they come. Just no response or tracking or updates on the order. I hope that I would get my Fibre soon but at this stage it could be months and months before I do and I am sure Webafrica will do absolutely nothing to speed it up. The best choice you can make is to avoid them like the plague. Webafrica and Frogfoot are the absolute worst when it comes to Fibre installation.
