Webafrica is awful

Shocking service. Call and whatsapp agents are useless and never resolve my issue. I've had no Fibre for over a week and called daily just to be given excuses but never having my problem resolved. I just tried upgrading my line and everything has gone to **** because of their stupidity. I don't recommend using webafrica to anyone. It is unreliable and you will only have wifi half of the time.
