Webafrica is arguably the worst ISP in SA!

I have been trying to cancel my services with Webafrica for a while now and they keep trying to connect me to their cancellations team. No response. I end the chat to try again and I keep being thrown into the same loop. Sisanda N and Naadeem were of no help! The reasons for cancelling my services are their high prices for slow speeds. I pay for 50/40 and barely get 10-15 mbps. I am DONE with their ****py service! Also, the live agents are all to happy to move customers around to non-responsive agents/departments. DO NOT JOIN Webafrica! They are impossible to work with!
