WebAfrica is an incredibly despicable fiber plus when you want out of the subscription make you pay your normal monthly fiber and an additional R1000 and you must find them and return the fiber box. If you are considering them, DON’T. Slow customer service, when you get someone to assist you eventually with that horrible WhatsApp service. Do yourself a favor and seek other service providers. I am trying for a month now getting in contact with them and I can't get anyone to chat with on WhatsApp or Live chat my internet was working and all of a sudden it is just off for a month now. I really want to end my subscription and get a new provider. Assist ME ASAP...
