WebAfrica is an absolute nightmare.

DON'T choose Webafrica. I recently got fibre with them, Less than a month ago. I am paying for speeds of 1000/250 but I am getting speeds of 2/4. I have been trying for the past 2 weeks now to get support to help me but to no avail. Their customer service is utter garbage. Even home affairs does a better job. If I cant get this sorted by the end of the week, I am probably going to file a formal complaint, because there is no way I am going to pay R1000 cancellation fee when i have only been using them for a month and on top of that they haven't provided me with a single day of the speeds I am paying for. Its absolutely disgusting.
