Webafrica is an absolute joke!

I have NEVER experienced such PATHETIC service from a company in my life!!!! I recently app**** online to have fibre installed in my residence. We have had the OT Installed for almost 2 weeks now, but still DO NOT HAVE FIBRE as we are waiting for a router. We have already been invoiced for part of last month and now this month, but we can't even used the service. The WhatsApp messaging service DOES NOT WORK AS NOBODY GETS BACK TO YOU, you can't speak to a service agent as you wait on hold for hours and now the email address on their invoices is no longer in use. ANYBODY thinking of using WEBAFRICA as a fibre installer, please think otherwise!!!!
