Webafrica is a waste

Seriously not happy with Webafrica I app**** for Wi-Fi by them. They had a offer running in our area. U pay R399 for Free Installation Activation and Router. I paid my R399 on the 8th of February 2021. The called me and requested time for installation. They gave me the 11th of February 2021 as a date and I requested the installation to be done by 12h00. The 11th came and no one came to install. I called and Whatsapped them telling them no one pitched up. 2 weeks later the 23rd the eventually came and installed the router. Then there was a problem with the line outside. 2 days later on the 25th of February the guys came out to fix that problem. I was told in the next 30mins to an hour I should get an SMS with my username and password. Today is the 1st of March and still I have not received an SMS. I been calling consistently but everytime get transferred to different departments and the after 30+ mins they disconnect your calls. I spend today alone roughly R130 just to het hold of them on my phone and used my brother's mins to call them as well. Still no reply. Their Whatsapp nr is also a waste because no one is replying there.
