WebAfrica is a *****! They ***** from there customers!!! Don't do business with them

Web Africa is a *****ulent company!!! They debit customers without consent!! Don't give them your info or do business with them!! I have 2 wifi accounts with them and I was debit 3 times without consent.. I have been trying to get a refund since the 8th where I had to figure out I was debited 3 times.. They knew it was a problem but did not contact there customers.. I wonder how many others who have no idea they have been ****** by web africa!!! Since the 8th I have spoken via WhatsApp to multiple different agents with no refund yet just **** promises and lies.. I wonder if there is even a manager because no one from management called me.. I am fighting with people on WhatsApp due to them not having a contact number to speak to them telephonically.. I would never recommend this company.. And I suggest customers check there account if they with Web Africa ...
