WEBAFRICA IS A TERRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER

I have been without internet connection for 9 days now. Their WhatsApp support service is useless. Agents take long to reply and when they do reply, they aren't of much help. They've transferred me to so many departments. From sales to billing, to technicians, to support. Horrible. I am disgusted at the service they provide. I've called their lie and the person I spoke to, redirected me to their terrible WhatsApp support. Unprofessional and useless. I'd be more than happy to get a refund, so I can take my business elsewhere, because I am not respected here.
