WebAfrica is a terrible ISP
WebAfrica is probably the worst ISP in South Africa. Their support is horrific, and they trick customers. I had constant problems with them. It's impossible to resolve the issues unless you harass them, and even when I cancelled my contract they charged me R2000 without warning.
Useless. Don't use WebAfrica.

As stated on our Website, our welcome mailer and in our terms and conditions, the free-to-use router remains the property of Webafrica unless you expressly purchase it, and as such must either be returned or bought upon cancellation of your service.
