WEBAFRICA IS A SHAM

1) I have been waiting since 1 May for someone to install my Fibre. I moved house and they promised a swift change from LTE to Fibre. The router was delivered and now almost a month later I am still waiting for the Fibre Installation. 2) They then debited my account for Fibre usage as well as LTE usage. R1600 ! and have never refunded or tried to sort out the problem 3) It is virtually impossible to get any service, assistance, help at all. There is no number to phone, just a whatsapp governed by a Robot. I am Disgusted with this company
