WebAfrica is a ****, STAY AWAY!!!

WebAfrica is a **** and their customer service is pathetic. I've been trying to resolve a billing error for almost a year now. All my problems started when I moved house, they started double-billing me although I've never had fibre installed at my new place to this day. I eventually cancelled with them and refuse to pay for a service I've never reveived so now they are threatening me with legal action. Guys PLEASE STAY AWAY from WEBAFRICA and their so called retention specialist Heinrich Dourie, they will be your WORST NIGHTMARE, I promise you.
