Webafrica is a ****** **** joke..just horrible...

When we needed to switch from Rain to fiber we decided on Webafrica. It took them 7 days to deliver the device. How in todays world can it take that long then they want paymnet upfron. Paymnet for what. Then hen we recieved the box they said it takes 48 hours to connect the box.. When we were with Rain it only took them an hour. Then on top of that the bot that they use to communicate with you sends you ta a consultant that you can interact with. After about an hour they send you to the next consultant and this useless cycle continues. We signed for a year how do i just cancel this stupid service. I bet the owner Rupert Bryant doesn't know about this horrible service and if he does, well that's just great. If i knew anything I would have just stayed with Rain...this place is a joke...
