Webafrica consultants are trained *****, it must probably be a prerequisite to be a good **** to become a consultant at Webafrica - they are all useless.

I placed an order in April, Paid for my order 23 April 2021, installation was done 20 may. 27 may case was logged for incorrect installation. 1 June case closed without resolution and I got my first bill. up until July they could not activate my services because of something to do with Vuma core and vuma reach. I then requested for my services to be canceled because they could not assist further and for the order and billing amount to be refunded beginning of August. I was informed that it would take 10 business days for the refund to be processed, everytime I follow up the agent informs me that they are escalating the matter. The word escalated has been used so many times that it has lost its meaning. The agents are just there to simply lie to clients to get them off their back day in and day out.

Stay clear from these ******!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you will not need to thank me later. give them a try and you will regret.
