They are a ****ing ****. When the salesman contacted me I told him specifically I want the special as advertised on their website for R19 for the first full month. because I was moving to a new place. I had to cancel my other isp form the previous place. However, I had to pay them 1 more month and this is why I was willing to sign up for the R19 deal so that I could at least still do my work. I work online only. Without internet I have no income. it was installed 3 days prior to month end. They want to now charge me the full package @ R642. Meaning I will lose my work as I will be without internet. I will be forced to take legal actions also
