Webafrica is a ****

I have been trying to cancel my services for 21 days with Webafrica with no luck. I am not sure what level of incompetence this is but it seems deliberate and ********** to make people pay for services they no longer wish to have by making it impossible to cancel. Really appalling, to take it a notch further, I speak to an agent named "Lisa" who not only refuses to tell me her surname and tells me "So be it" when I tell explain my problem.
