WEBAFRICA IS A ****

On 29th April Webafrica gave a "GIFT" of an update which I did not request! Suddenly I am being billed for a service upgrade that I did not request or authorize! This is a **** they use to get money from Fibre and it is unacceptable. They must either credit me or cancel the service so I can go to an honest service provider!! Then they tell me my package is R699? Who asked for this? And the agent tells me to go and downgrade when I did not upgrade in the first place! I want my money back!!!!!
