WebAfrica is the most difficult Internet Service Privider to deal with. You can’t speak to anyone as the only medium to communicate is WhatsApp and not even email. Been struggling to cancel for months and luckily I was helped on 31/01/2023 and confirmed on WhatsApp my cancellation request but come March I’m told the agent didn’t do the cancellation and I need another calendar month for cancellation. I have even returned their router and they’re trying to debit my account still
