Never again! They are charging us a claw back fee for cancelling a contract they wanted us to cancel because they were migrating us from Vumatel to Vumareach. We didn’t ask for the cancellation nor the migration. Now we’re being charged?? And they didn’t even tell us about this fee before the cancellation. Never ever again
