WEBAFRICA IS A RIPOFF COMPANY

My house burnt down last year Jan 2024. I informed Web africa about that. Told them i no longer stay @ that place because there is no house there. i ask them to cancel my subscription but they refuse. Ask me if i can't let somebody else buy it from me. I said no. They said they would come back to me on Feb. They come back alright with a billing for the month. Ever time i tried to cancel they said i cant but bill me every time for a service that i don't use. In fact cant use because everything burnt to the ground. I paid till June 2024 and decided not to pay them anymore. In the mean time they are still doing debit orders which i just go and reverse. They dont want me to get out of the contract. I send them a affidavit from the police ststing that our house really burnt down but they still don't stop the debit orders. Now they decided to cancel my debit order saying that i have to pay them R3200.00 because they want their router. WTH. I DON'T HAVE A ROUTER..... IT BURNT WITH ALL MY OTHER BELONGINGS. They just send me a mail saying that they sorry our house burnt down but they want their money. I MUST READ THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. If i don't pay them they will put their legal teams on me. They really are useless
