WEBAFRICA IS A ****** ****! REFUND ME PLEASE!

These people are a ****. I made an online payment in October then they contacted me about installation. They told me they can't put in fibre in my area due to the units being built in 1 ERF and they can only put 1 per ERF. 1 of my neighbors in the same yard already had their fibre so I had to cancel.

Did I ever get my money back?? Nope! Instead they are telling me I must ask VUMATEL for my refund as they paid it to VUMATEL. I never paid a cent to VUMATEL, why must they take my money and be rude to me about my refund???
