I have had enough with these ********, Why are you guys so inconsiderate of other people's financials.... I moved homes last month only to be billed double including previous address and I had contacted them way before my move and apparently the agent I spoke to **** to me, Now I must pay double again and pay for a router I never got, it's like you are not providing a tech savvy service busy asking me silly questions every time yet you should have a proper record of your interactions with your customers.
