Webafrica is a ****mer has no procedures in place for customer service and they don’t care about customers lively hoods

I opened an account with them cause 1 of my tenants had their services and was happy with them. When I opened my account it was the worst thing to happen to me . They never came to install the services and dispute me paying the first upfront payment and the router being delivered . I tried many times to reach out for help and nobody helped me . Every time I reach out I was getting transferred 5 to 6 times every time . They have been trying to charge me for a service I never received I even returned the router now they want me to pay for something they never gave me . They ruining my credit score , I went to the ISPA for help and they said they removed all the debt from my name yet I’m still getting chased for payment by debt collectors while they claimed to update to the ISPA . They are unprofessional and they are unreliable worst customer service experience ever .

Hi Sisipho,
We can understand why this experience has been so frustrating, particularly after you signed up based on a positive experience from one of your tenants, only to experience issues with the installation, billing and getting the matter resolved. Being transferred repeatedly when you’re trying to get help only adds to that frustration.
We’d like to look into this properly rather than have you repeat the same information to another team. Please send us your registered email address linked to your Webafrica account via private message so we can locate your account and investigate the service, billing and debt collection concerns directly.
Once we have your details, we can take a closer look at what happened with the installation, the returned router and the outstanding charges, and advise you on the appropriate next steps. We’ll also review the information relating to the debt collection concerns so that the matter can be properly investigated.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and allowing us to look into it with you.

Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
