WebAfrica is a JOKE!!! Useless customer care

Have a billing query because they suddenly want to charge me R400 more than what I'm currently paying. and i cant get anything done with the *********** WhatsApp chat route. they are 1000 USELESS. I have no option but to cancel my subscription and go with an ISP that actually speaks to their clients!! and will be cheaper in the long run. - last option is for a MANAGER to PHONE me back please!!!
