Webafrica is a joke... Not a funny 1

Constant issues. From not being able to resolve a wire, to billing.

Always have to go through their WhatsApp chat in order to speak to someone, and each time you speak to someone, your personal details have to be resent. I've spoken to about 5 different people for 1 problem.

Their accounts department is also a joke. I got a credit for 80 odd rands for no internet for 5 days. Complete joke.
