Webafrica is a horrible WiFi provider service provider

I started a new contract with Webafrica. They said I must pay for router and it will be plug and play when it gets to my house. It’s been 3 weeks they are useless and their team on WhatsApp doesn’t assist customer they are rude and keep running away there is no customer follow up to see if ur happy with ur connection. Worst WiFi and company ever. From Clinton C who is very rude , Jessica who didn’t help me with anything and **** to me just quick to close off customer needs on their chat and noluthando who didn’t help with anything. They have no contact number just the stupid bot who gets back to u after 48 hrs. This contract is a **** Webafrica is trash
